December 1, 2023: Buchanan, VA 24066 The Rappahannock County basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host James River Knights to 39 in the non-league victory on Friday.
The now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverheads for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Rappahannock County will battle a Gladiators team coming off a 51-41 non-league win over Bath County (Hot Springs, VA). The Gladiators record now stands at 1-1.
The Knights (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bath County (Hot Springs, VA). The Chargers come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Bath County dropped by Riverheads (Staunton, VA), 51-41, in a non-league contest.
