In Friday's non-league outing, the Jeffersontown Chargers (Louisville, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Southern Trojans (Louisville, KY), by a margin of 75-54.

The Chargers (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Pulaski County (Somerset, KY). The Maroons go into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Pulaski County smashed West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY), 65-47, in a non-league outing.
