California High School Basketball - Wilson overwhelms Mendez
December 1, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90033 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Wilson Mules (Los Angeles, CA) and the host Mendez Jaguars (Los Angeles, CA), saw Wilson's basketball squad wallop Mendez by a tally of 58-33.
With the victory, Wilson improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Mules travel to Maywood Academy (Maywood, CA) to confront the Nighthawks in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 4. The Nighthawks come into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Maywood Academy lost 59-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Animo Robinson (Los Angeles, CA)
Next up, the Jaguars confront the Contreras Cobras (Los Angeles, CA) in a Central challenge, on Monday, December 4. Mendez will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Cobras come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 55-43 league win over Robert F. Kennedy Community (Los Angeles, CA).
