Iowa High School Basketball - Unity Christian overwhelms Sibley-Ocheyedan
December 1, 2023: Orange City, IA 51041 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Unity Christian Knights (Orange City, IA) and the visiting Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals (Sibley, IA), saw Unity Christian's basketball squad wallop Sibley-Ocheyedan by a tally of 91-38.
With the victory, Unity Christian improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Gehlen Catholic (Le Mars, IA) to confront the Jays in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 7. The Jays come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the Generals confront the Rock Valley Rockets (Rock Valley, IA) in a Siouxland challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Sibley-Ocheyedan will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 61-59 league win over Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA).
