South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV), 47-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, South Tahoe upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to Carson (Carson City, NV) to play the Senators in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Senators go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Raiders play the Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Reed will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 53-16 non-league win over Incline (Incline Village, NV).
