Oregon High School Basketball - Willamette holds off Crescent Valley
December 1, 2023: Corvallis, OR 97330 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Willamette Wolverines (Eugene, OR) and the host Crescent Valley Raiders (Corvallis, OR), saw Willamette's basketball squad hold off Crescent Valley by a tally of 62-59.
With the victory, Willamette improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Wilsonville (Wilsonville, OR) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 6. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Raiders confront the Crater Comets (Central Point, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. Crescent Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
