Oklahoma High School Basketball - Weleetka tops Maud
December 1, 2023: Weleetka, OK 74880 Weleetka Outlaws (Weleetka, OK) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Maud Tigers (Maud, OK), 66-51 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Weleetka upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Outlaws travel to Wilson-Henryetta (Henryetta, OK) to play the Tigers in a Crossroads bout on Monday, December 11. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Wilson-Henryetta won 54-30 in their recent non-league bout against Paden (Paden, OK)
Next up, the Tigers play the Wetumka Chieftains (Wetumka, OK) in a East Central bout, on Monday, December 4. Maud will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Chieftains come into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 51-36 non-league win over Graham/Dustin (Weleetka, OK).
