The Richmond Raiders basketball team (Rockingham, NC), was overwhelmed 66-43 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC)

The Catamounts now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Virginia Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, December 8. Panther Creek will battle a Patriots team coming off a 70-48 non-league loss to Elizabeth Seton (Bladensburg, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 0-1.

The Raiders (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Patriots come into the 3A/4A Sandhills battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Pinecrest was overwhelmed by Overhills (Spring Lake, NC), 65-53, in a non-league battle.
