The Sahuaro Cougars (Tucson, AZ) basketball crushed the visiting St. Mary's Knights (Phoenix, AZ), 60-33 in Friday's non-league test.

The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Amphitheater (Tucson, AZ). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Amphitheater walloped Catalina (Tucson, AZ), 64-19, in a non-league test.

The Knights now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Notre Dame Prep for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 5. St. Mary's will encounter a Saints squad coming off a 50-41 non-league win over Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ). The Saints record now stands at 4-2.
