The Galena Grizzlies basketball team (Reno, NV), was toppled 40-32 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV)

The Greenwave now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McQueen for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 2. Churchill County will confront a Lancers team coming off a 43-7 non-league loss to North Valleys (Reno, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 0-4.
