December 1, 2023: Ashville, OH 43103 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lancaster Golden Gales (Lancaster, OH) and the host Teays Valley Vikings (Ashville, OH), saw Lancaster's basketball squad knock off Teays Valley by a count of 43-33.
With the victory, Lancaster upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Golden Gales host Central Crossing (Grove City, OH) to play the Comets in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Vikings play the Olentangy Braves (Lewis Center, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 6. Teays Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
