The Matanzas Pirates basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the host Seabreeze Sandcrabs to 42 in the Pirates non-league victory on Friday.

The Pirates now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to First Coast for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2.

The Sandcrabs (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Spruce Creek (Port Orange, FL). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
