December 2, 2021: Valley View, TX 76272 Petrolia Pirates (Petrolia, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Valley View Eagles (Valley View, TX), 48-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Petrolia upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Pirates travel to Electra (Electra, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 3. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-1.
Next up, the Eagles play the Chico Dragons (Chico, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 3. Valley View will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Dragons go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 48-37 non-league win over Bryson (Bryson, TX).
