Texas High School Basketball - Robinson overwhelmed by Coronado
December 2, 2021: Lubbock, TX 79410 The Coronado Mustangs basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Robinson Rockets to 23 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Thursday.
The Mustangs now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marble Falls for a non-league contest on Friday, December 3. Coronado will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 52-30 non-league win over Robinson (Robinson, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-4.
The Rockets (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Brownwood (Brownwood, TX). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Brownwood triumphed over Gatesville (Gatesville, TX), 42-22, in a non-league contest.
