Texas High School Basketball - Westfield can't hold off A&M Consolidated
December 2, 2022: College Station, TX 77840 The A&M Consolidated Tigers basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Westfield Mustangs to 45 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fulshear for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. A&M Consolidated will battle a Chargers team coming off a 54-47 non-league loss to Dekaney (Houston, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 5-8.
The Mustangs (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lamar (Arlington, TX). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Lamar was nudged by Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX), 83-46, in a non-league contest.
