December 2, 2022: La Verne, CA 91750 The Marina Vikings basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the host Bonita Bearcats to 39 in the Vikings non-league victory on Friday.
The Vikings now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orangewood Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Marina will battle a Spartans team coming off a 80-54 non-league win over Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 7-2.
The Bearcats (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA). The Defenders come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Valley Christian was routed by Orangewood Academy (Garden Grove, CA), 80-54, in a non-league contest.
