California High School Basketball - Dunn nips Valley Christian Academy
December 2, 2022: Los Olivos, CA 93441 Dunn Earwigs (Los Olivos, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Valley Christian Academy Lions (Santa Maria, CA), 42-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Dunn upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Earwigs travel to Bishop Diego (Santa Barbara, CA) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 5-1.
Next up, the Lions play the Coast Union Broncos (Cambria, CA) in a Coast Valley bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Valley Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Broncos come into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 72-37 non-league loss to Santa Maria (Santa Maria, CA).
