California High School Basketball - El Capitan fells Natomas
December 2, 2022: Merced, CA 95348 El Capitan Gauchos (Merced, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Natomas Nighthawks (Sacramento, CA), 66-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, El Capitan upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Gauchos travel to El Camino (Sacramento, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-2. El Camino won 85-61 in their recent non-league bout against Western Sierra Collegiate Academy (Rocklin, CA)
Next up, the Nighthawks play the Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Wolves (Rocklin, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Natomas will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 85-61 non-league loss to El Camino (Sacramento, CA).
