Follett Panthers (Follett, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Shamrock Irish (Shamrock, TX), 59-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Follett upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to Wildorado (Wildorado, TX) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Wildorado won 40-22 in their recent non-league bout against Boys Ranch (Boys Ranch, TX)

Next up, the Irish play the Lefors Pirates (Lefors, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Shamrock will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 83-38 non-league loss to Accelerate Christian (Amarillo, TX).
