December 2, 2022: Waldport, OR 97394 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Nestucca Bobcats (Cloverdale, OR) and the host Waldport Irish (Waldport, OR), saw Nestucca's basketball squad wallop Waldport by a tally of 62-18.
With the victory, Nestucca improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Neah-Kah-Nie (Rockaway Beach, OR) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Neah-Kah-Nie lost 58-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Columbia Christian (Portland, OR)
Next up, the Irish confront the Colton Vikings (Colton, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 8. Waldport will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
