The Rains Wildcats basketball team scored 76 points and held the host Sabine Cardinals to 60 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shelbyville for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Rains will meet a Dragons team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Liberty-Eylau (Texarkana, TX). The Dragons record now stands at 4-1.

The Cardinals (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Atlanta (Atlanta, TX). The Rabbits enter the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Atlanta ran past Dierks (Dierks, AR), 53-51, in a non-league contest.
