Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Washington can't hold off Trinity
December 2, 2022: Washington, PA 15301 The Trinity Hillers basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Washington Prexies to 50 in the Hillers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hillers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Fayette for a WPIAL 5A 2 contest on Saturday, December 3. Trinity will battle a Lions team coming off a 57-41 non-league win over Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA). The Lions record now stands at 1-0.
The Prexies (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA). The Big Macs enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Canon-McMillan was nudged by South Fayette (McDonald, PA), 57-41, in a non-league contest.
