North Carolina High School Basketball - Fayetteville Christian overwhelmed by Wayne Country Day
December 2, 2022: Goldsboro, NC 27530 The Wayne Country Day Chargers basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the visiting Fayetteville Christian Warriors to 49 in the Chargers non-league victory on Friday.
The Chargers now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arendell Parrott Academy for a NCISAA Eastern Plains contest on Tuesday, December 6. Wayne Country Day will battle a Patriots team coming off a 34-24 non-league win over Fayetteville Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 4-0.
The Warriors (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Harrells Christian Academy (Harrells, NC). The Crusaders come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record.
