The Van Vandals basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Ferris Yellowjackets to 29 in the Vandals non-league triumph on Friday.

The Vandals now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Episcopal School of Dallas for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Van will meet a Eagles team coming off a 52-26 non-league win over Madison (Dallas, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-3.

The Yellowjackets (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Palmer (Palmer, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Palmer triumphed over Lake Worth (Lake Worth, TX), 43-26, in a non-league contest.
