Illinois High School Basketball - Morton fells Canton
December 2, 2022: Morton, IL 61550 Morton Potters (Morton, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Canton Little Giants (Canton, IL), 39-27 in a league bout.
With the win, Morton upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Potters travel to Sycamore (Sycamore, IL) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-5.
Next up, the Little Giants play the East Peoria Raiders (East Peoria, IL) in a bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Canton will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record.
