Afton Knights (Afton, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Otselic Valley Vikings (South Otselic, NY), 31-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Afton upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Downsville Central (Downsville, NY) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
