December 2, 2022: Clayton, NC 27520 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Cleveland Rams (Clayton, NC) and the visiting D.H. Conley Vikings (Greenville, NC), saw Cleveland's basketball squad wallop D.H. Conley by a tally of 70-39.
With the victory, Cleveland improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Rams host Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Pinecrest lost 68-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Clayton (Clayton, NC)
Next up, the Vikings play the Northern Nash Knights (Rocky Mount, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 5. D.H. Conley will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 70-61 non-league win over North Edgecombe (Tarboro, NC).
