Georgia High School Basketball - Ola nips Locust Grove
December 2, 2022: Locust Grove, GA 30248 Ola Mustangs (McDonough, GA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Locust Grove Wildcats (Locust Grove, GA), 52-51 in a league bout.
With the victory, Ola upgrades its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to McDonough (McDonough, GA) to play the Warhawks in a bout on Monday, December 5. The Warhawks come into the bout with a record of 2-0. McDonough won 58-47 in their recent league bout against Woodland (Stockbridge, GA)
Next up, the Wildcats play the McDonough Warhawks (McDonough, GA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Locust Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Warhawks come into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 63-60 league win over Ola (McDonough, GA).
