California High School Soccer - McClatchy knocks off Bear Creek
December 2, 2022: Stockton, CA 95209 McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Bear Creek Bruins (Stockton, CA), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions face the Enochs Eagles (Modesto, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 3. McClatchy will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Lathrop (Lathrop, CA).
The Bruins now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Los Banos for a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. Bear Creek will face a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Orestimba (Newman, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
