California High School Basketball - Glendale knocked off by Don Lugo
December 2, 2023: Glendale, CA 91205 The Don Lugo Conquistadores basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Glendale Nitros to 46 in the Conquistadores non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Conquistadores now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glendora for a non-league contest on Monday, December 4. Don Lugo will battle a Tartans team coming off a 43-39 non-league win over Ontario Christian (Ontario, CA). The Tartans record now stands at 5-4.
The Nitros (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. Genevieve (Panorama City, CA). The Valiants enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, St. Genevieve was defeated by St. Bonaventure (Ventura, CA), 76-35, in a non-league contest.
