Tennessee High School Basketball - Middle College knocked off by First Assembly Christian
December 2, 2023: Memphis, TN 38104 The First Assembly Christian Crusaders basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Middle College Bulldogs to 58 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Crusaders now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to White Station for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. First Assembly Christian will battle a Spartans team coming off a 43-32 non-league win over Arlington (Arlington, TN). The Spartans record now stands at 2-2.
The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Melrose (Memphis, TN). The Golden Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Melrose ran past Booker T. Washington (Memphis, TN), 77-69, in a non-league contest.
