December 2, 2023: Grand Island, NE 68803 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Francis Flyers (Humphrey, NE) and the host Heartland Lutheran Red Hornets (Grand Island, NE), saw St. Francis's basketball squad wallop Heartland Lutheran by a tally of 66-16.
With the victory, St. Francis improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Flyers host Hartington-Newcastle (Hartington, NE) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Hartington-Newcastle won 35-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Wakefield (Wakefield, NE)
