Kentucky High School Basketball - Danville knocked off by Jackson County
December 2, 2023: Danville, KY 40422 The Jackson County Generals basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Danville Admirals to 52 in the Generals non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Generals now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Knott County Central for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 6. Jackson County will battle a Patriots team coming off a 74-39 non-league win over Wolfe County (Campton, KY). The Patriots record now stands at 2-1.
The Admirals (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pulaski County (Somerset, KY). The Maroons enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Pulaski County ran past Henderson County (Henderson, KY), 55-41, in a non-league contest.
