Ohio High School Basketball - Xenia overwhelms Piqua

Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Xenia Buccaneers (Xenia, OH) and the host Piqua Indians (Piqua, OH), saw Xenia's basketball squad wallop Piqua by a tally of 65-38.

With the victory, Xenia improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Buccaneers host Sidney (Sidney, OH) to confront the Yellowjackets in a Miami Valley - Valley challenge on Thursday, December 7. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Sidney lost 69-64 in their recent non-league challenge against Bath (Lima, OH)

Next up, the Indians confront the Butler Aviators (Vandalia, OH) in a Miami Valley - Valley challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Piqua will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
