Scotland Fighting Scots (Laurinburg, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), 81-53 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Scotland upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Fighting Scots host Hoke County (Raeford, NC) to face the Bucks in a 3A/4A Sandhills match on Friday, December 6.
