North Carolina High School Basketball - Ridgecroft knocked off by Southampton

In Monday's non-league test, the Southampton Indians (Courtland, VA) basketball squad knocked off the host Ridgecroft Rams (Ahoskie, NC), by a score of 87-78.

Next, the Indians encounter the Nottoway Cougars (Nottoway, VA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, December 4. Southampton will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 54-47 non-league loss to Kenston Forest (Blackstone, VA).

The Rams (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Southampton Academy (Courtland, VA). The Raiders come into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Southampton Academy beat StoneBridge (Chesapeake, VA), 71-41, in a non-league test.
