The Sangamon Valley/Tri-City Storm basketball team scored 39 points and limited the host Riverton Hawks to 36 in the Storm non-league triumph on Monday.

The Storm now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly for a MSM game on Thursday, December 5. Sangamon Valley/Tri-City will play a Vipers team coming off a 59-39 non-league win over North Mac (Virden, IL). The Vipers record now stands at 2-3.
