Hopewell Titans (Huntersville, NC) backers went home pleased Tuesday as they observed their basketball team overcome the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC), 75-63 in a non-league contest.

The Titans (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC). The Rampants come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last match, J.H. Rose lost by Fike (Wilson, NC), 68-60, in a non-league match.

The Vikings now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dorman for a non-league match on Saturday, December 6. Central Cabarrus will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 79-69 non-league win over Easley (Easley, SC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-0.
