Canyon View Falcons (Cedar City, UT) backers went home thrilled Tuesday as they saw their basketball team tip the host Crimson Cliffs Mustangs (Washington, UT), 42-41 in a non-league contest.

The Falcons (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Pine View (St. George, UT). The Panthers enter the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Pine View was nudged by Snow Canyon (St. George, UT), 50-39, in a league match.

The Mustangs now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carbon for a non-league match on Thursday, December 4. Crimson Cliffs will face a Dinos squad coming off a 38-17 non-league loss to Draper APA (Draper, UT). The Dinos record now stands at 2-5.
