California High School Basketball - Amador can't hold off Valley
December 2, 2025: Sacramento, CA 95823 Valley Vikings (Sacramento, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Amador Buffaloes (Sutter Creek, CA), 45-40 in a non-league game.
The Vikings now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Rio Linda for a non-league game on Thursday, December 4. Valley will confront a Knights team coming off a 74-50 non-league win over Center (Antelope, CA). The Knights record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Amador falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Buffaloes travel to Waterford (Waterford, CA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Monday, December 8. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 0-3. Waterford lost 85-10 in their recent non-league game against Venture Academy (Stockton, CA)
