The Rome Wolves (Rome, GA) basketball nipped the host Harrison Hoyas (Kennesaw, GA), 50-47 in Friday's non-league test.

The Wolves (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Carrollton (Carrollton, GA). The Trojans go into the AAAAAA Region 5 test with a 1-1 record.

The Hoyas now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Villa Rica for a non-league test on Saturday, December 4. Harrison will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 68-51 non-league win over Central (Carrollton, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-2.
