North Carolina High School Basketball - Chatham HomeSchool crushes Greater Cabarrus Stallions

December 3, 2021: Pittsboro, NC

Chatham HomeSchool Thunder (Pittsboro, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions (Concord, NC), 56-17 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Chatham HomeSchool upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Thunder travel to Central Carolina Prep (Burlington, NC) to play the Defenders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 7. The Defenders go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Central Carolina Prep won 54-31 in their recent non-league bout against Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC)

Next up, the Stallions play the Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 7. Greater Cabarrus Stallions will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 49-16 non-league win over GRACE Christian (Raleigh, NC).
