Texas High School Basketball - Marble Falls knocked off by Coronado
December 3, 2021: Lubbock, TX 79410 The Coronado Mustangs basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Marble Falls Mustangs to 39 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boerne-Champion for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 4. Coronado will meet a Chargers team coming off a 53-20 non-league loss to Fairfield (Fairfield, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 8-4.
The Mustangs (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lorena (Lorena, TX). The Leopards enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Lorena ran past Leander (Leander, TX), 38-33, in a non-league contest.
