Fort Walton Beach Vikings (Fort Walton Beach, FL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks (Port St. Joe, FL), 54-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fort Walton Beach upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Vikings travel to Niceville (Niceville, FL) to play the Eagles in a 6A District 2 bout on Tuesday, December 7. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Niceville won 46-17 in their recent non-league bout against Tate (Cantonment, FL)
