In Friday's league outing, the Lowell Red Devils (Lowell, IN) basketball squad beat the host Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN), by a margin of 44-28.

The Red Devils (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Munster (Munster, IN). The Mustangs go into the Northwest Crossroads outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, Munster defeated Hobart (Hobart, IN), 66-61, in a league outing.

The Kougars now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Hanover Central for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 7. Kankakee Valley will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 50-28 non-league loss to Kouts (Kouts, IN). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-5.
