Texas High School Basketball - Atlanta nips Dierks
December 3, 2022: Atlanta, TX 75551 Atlanta Rabbits (Atlanta, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Dierks Outlaws (Dierks, AR), 53-51 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Atlanta upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Rabbits travel to Sabine (Gladewater, TX) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 2-5. Sabine lost 76-60 in their recent non-league bout against Rains (Emory, TX)
Next up, the Outlaws play the Foreman Gators (Foreman, AR) in a 2A Region 7 bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Dierks will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
