Ohio High School Basketball - Beechcroft can't hold off Rogers
December 3, 2022: Toledo, OH 43615 The Rogers Rams basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Beechcroft Cougars to 58 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Rams now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springfield for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Rogers will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 53-51 league loss to Anthony Wayne (Whitehouse, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-2.
The Cougars (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Whetstone (Columbus, OH). The Braves enter the Columbus City - North contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Whetstone nudged Westland (Galloway, OH), 79-68, in a non-league contest.
