Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Westchester Comets (Los Angeles, CA), 69-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bishop Montgomery upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Narbonne (Harbor City, CA) to play the Gauchos in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 31. The Gauchos go into the bout with a record of 3-1.

Next up, the Comets play the Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA) in a Western bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Westchester will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Dolphins go into the bout with a 4-4 record after their 80-69 league win over Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA).
