December 3, 2022: Roswell, GA 30075 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions (Atlanta, GA) and the host Blessed Trinity Titans (Roswell, GA), saw St. Pius X Catholic's basketball squad hold off Blessed Trinity by a tally of 63-59.
With the victory, St. Pius X Catholic improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Golden Lions host Eagle's Landing (McDonough, GA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Eagle's Landing won 54-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Southwest DeKalb (Decatur, GA)
Next up, the Titans confront the Sprayberry Yellow Jackets (Marietta, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. Blessed Trinity will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 61-49 non-league loss to North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA).
