In Saturday's non-league match, the host Fishburne Military Caissons basketball team scored a tight 50-49 triumph over the Waynesboro Little Giants.

In their next game, the Caissons meet the Massanutten Military Academy Colonels (Woodstock, VA) in a non-league match, on Monday, December 5. Fishburne Military will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.

With the defeat, Waynesboro moves to 0-2 on the year. The Little giants host Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA) to meet the Knights in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 6.
